What’s your name extreme full name workout. Challenge yourself with this extreme yet fun workout that will push your fitness to the limit!
How to do the full name workout
If you are using this as a warm-up, simply run through all of the letters of your name and do each workout listed. You may want to take a short break in between each letter of the full name workout, because this one is challenging.
If you are using this as a full workout, you will want to create sets, maybe use your first name as one set, middle name as the second, and last name as the third. Repeat as necessary to make the workout as long as you need. You can also define a set of words or a list of family names to create a full workout. Personally, I think I’d use all of the character names from my favorite TV show.

The PDF should print easily to your default print size without having to change anything. It prints to an 8-1/2 x 11 size sheet which is standard paper size.
- Use cardstock so it holds up!
- Consider getting a laser printer for your printables, they have come way down in price. I use a Dell color laser printer and it’s fantastic.
