What you need:

Ciabatta bread

Tri-tip roast

Provolone cheese

Arugula

Sour cream

Bell pepper

In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the horseradish sauce and mix until smooth.

Toast the ciabatta halves until golden brown.

In a pan with olive oil, brown the bell peppers and onions for 10-15 minutes.

Spread the horseradish sauce on the toasted ciabatta bread.

Place the arugula leaves on top and then the tri-top on top.

Top with provolone cheese, grilled peppers, and onion.

Place the top half on top and gently press down before cutting each ciabatta loaf into 3 pieces. Serve the grilled tri-tip sandwich with extra horseradish sauce, and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

To keep it hot, wrap the assembled sandwich in aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven.
