What you need:

Unsalted Butter

Heavy Whipping Cream

Stone-Ground Mustard

Salt

Pepper

Place the heavy cream, stone ground mustard, and butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

Then add the salt and black pepper.

Use a whisk to combine the ingredients, then turn the heat down to medium-low heat and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

Continue to stir the sauce until it's nice and thick, remove the pan from the heat. Pour it into a sauce container, and you're ready to serve.

Cooking  Tips

If you find the sauce is too thick, you can thin it out by whisking in a little more heavy cream.
