Ingredients

package turkey deli meat
6-8 ounces
8
eggs
½
teaspoon
thyme
½
teaspoon
oregano
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
cup
shredded Parmesan cheese
⅛
cup
shredder cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8" cast iron pan with the deli meat.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and the seasonings together.
Pour the egg and seasoning mixture over the turkey.
Sprinkle each of the cheeses on top of the egg mixture.
Bake for 20-25 until lightly browned.
