9ozfresh blueberriesfrozen blueberries will make a thicker, icier smoothie
1 ½cupplain or vanilla yogurtI recommend organic greek yogurt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in Vitamix in order
Select variable switch and 1 on the dial
Turn machine on and turn dial to variable 10
Flip switch to high
Blend for about a minute (or until desired consistency)
Recipe Notes
It you don't yet have a Vitamix, you can absolutely make this recipe in a regular blender. It might take a bit longer to achieved the smooth texture, but you can do it. Start blender on low, then switch it to high until you achieve desired consistency.
