Ingredients
2 to 2-½
lb
beef brisket

tablespoon
sesame oil
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
minced onion
½
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
½
teaspoon
ground ginger
½
teaspoon
liquid stevia
¾
cup
soy sauce

cup
beef broth

teaspoon
sesame seeds
optional
Instructions
In small bowl, combine all ingredients (except brisket) together.
Add brisket to slow cooker fat side up.
Pour ingredients mixture over brisket and cover with lid.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve over rice or over riced cauliflower for the low carb version
