Ingredients

package chicken breakfast sausage
2

AboutTime Cinnamon Spice Pancake Mix

cup
water or milk
3
tablespoon
pure maple syrup
Instructions
Heat breakfast sausage in a skillet until lightly browned on all sides. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk together pancake mix, water or milk and maple syrup.
When the sausages are somewhat cooled, slice in half longways then cut each long piece into small pieces.
Add the sausage to the pancake mix and blend.
Grease a 9x13 glass baking pan with butter and pour pancake and sausage mixture into pan.
Bake for 10-12 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
