  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or canned
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 10-12 ounces unsweetened coconut milk or soy
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 scoops Gnarly Vanilla Vegan Meal Replacement or any vanilla Gnarly powder


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until completely combined.
