fresh pineapple chunks
or canned
½
cup
shredded unsweetened coconut
10-12
ounces
unsweetened coconut milk
or soy

tablespoon
raw honey
1

crushed ice

scoops Gnarly Vanilla Vegan Meal Replacement
or any vanilla Gnarly powder
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until completely combined.
