Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups fresh pineapple core included canned pineapple will work too
  • 9 oz fresh blueberries frozen blueberries will make a thicker, icier smoothie
  • 1 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt I recommend organic greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in Vitamix in order
  • Select variable switch and 1 on the dial
  • Turn machine on and turn dial to variable 10
  • Flip switch to high
  • Blend for about a minute (or until desired consistency)

Notes

It you don't yet have a Vitamix, you can absolutely make this recipe in a regular blender. It might take a bit longer to achieved the smooth texture, but you can do it. Start blender on low, then switch it to high until you achieve desired consistency.
