  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes more or less to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Thinly slice the chicken breast and place in a greased casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle seasoning mixture liberally across the chicken.
  • Place chicken in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from oven and spread marinara sauce evenly over the chicken.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
