Here are a few tips for making a well balanced, flavorsome adobo seasoning;
I prefer using ground garlic powder in my spice mixes. It has a stronger garlic taste than granulated garlic, but feel free to use it if you have granulated or not.
If you want it a bit spicy, opt for the spicier chipotle powder instead of chili powder. If you don't have it on hand, try cayenne powder.
