Hobo Dinner Foil Pack Sausage and Vegetables
This hobo dinner foil pack sausage and vegetable recipe is an easy to make "all in one" dish that you can make in the oven or on the grill.

Ingredients

Italian sausages
3
ears corn
cut in half
8-10

red potatoes

bell peppers

large handfuls
green beans

olive oil

Italian seasoning

chopped parsley plus more for garnish

to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Rip off two 12" square pieces of foil for each pack of food.
Place half of the veggies and half of the sausages in a piece of foil, repeat with a second piece.
Drizzle olive oil over each pack, and then sprinkle Italian seasoning over each pack. Add salt and pepper to taste and then add parsley.
Place a 2nd piece of foil over each pack and fold the ends over to seal.
Bake for 30 minutes or so until the sausages are cooked through.
Optional - turn broiler on high, remove top layer of foil from each pack and broil for 5 minutes to brown the veggies and the sausage.
Recipe Notes
For the grill, prep as described, then grill for 25 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
