Easy Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients
6
chicken thighs
2
cartons cream of chicken soup
1
cup
uncooked white rice
salt
pepper & garlic powder to taste
½
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
¼
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix Parmesan cheese, soup mix & rice together in a large bowl.
In a 9×13 casserole dish place chicken in pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Pour soup mix over chicken.
Bake for one hour.
Add cheddar cheese to top of casserole about halfway through cooking.
