Add the lime juice, 1/4 cup coconut and yogurt, and pulse until blended.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the remaining coconut into a small shallow bowl.
Roll the nut mixture into 1 inch balls, rolling each in the coconut and then place it on the cookie sheet.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm.
Store in fridge until ready to eat.
