Bring a pan with water to a boil status and boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat for 10 minutes and cover it. Drain the water from the pan and rinse the hard-boiled eggs under cold water until they are completely cold.
To carefully peel them, gently tap the shell and roll them around on a hard surface.
Once they are peeled, rinse them again under cold water, and cut them in half
Put the egg white halves on a plate or tray and add the yolk halves to a small bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork until it resembles small crumb
Add the mayo with avocado oil and mix until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a piping or zip lock bag. Fold the sides over the rim of a cup and pour the mixture inside.
Cut off a corner of the bag and pipe yolk mixture into each egg white half.
Sprinkle a bit of paprika onto each keto-deviled egg.
Chill, and serve.
Recipe Notes
After the eggs are cooked transfer them straight from the boiling water to an ice bath. Iced water helps the hard-boiled eggs cool down instantly.
To help the eggshell peel easier, add 1 teaspoon sea salt and 20ml distilled vinegar/lemon juice to the boiling water before carefully submerging the eggs.
If you want to pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg white shells like a flower for decoration, place a pastry nozzle into the piping bag before the mixture. Pastry nozzles are fun to use for decoration and will look much better in the egg white halves.
