With a hand mixer, beat together butter and sweetener until blended.
Add in cream cheese, eggs, and maple extract and beat until combined.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder and salt with a spoon.
Gently fold in blueberries and bacon.
Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper (or greased).
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Recipe Notes
I found that 40 minutes left my bread still a bit uncooked in the middle. Every oven is different. If the top is browned but the middle is still uncooked, you might want to cover with foil once it's browned and cook until a toothpick comes out clean.I also didn't cook my bacon until crispy, I like it cooked but not crisp.
