Pumpkin Gingerbread Loaf with Maple Peanut Butter Glaze

Ingredients
For the bread

cups
gluten-free flour

teaspoon
baking soda
2
teaspoon
cinnamon
2
teaspoon
ground ginger
1
teaspoon
ground cloves
you will taste this so cut it back if you aren't a fan
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
cup
molasses
½
cup
melted coconut oil
½
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1
cup
pumpkin puree
For the glaze
¼
cup
creamy peanut butter
¼-1/3
cup
pure maple syrup
Instructions
For the bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined
Bake for 40-45 minutes
For the glaze
Add the peanut butter and maple syrup into a small saucepan
Heat over low heat constantly stirring until smooth
Spoon over loaves and allow to cool
