Line a baking sheet with foil and place bacon on foil so it's not touching.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove bacon from baking sheet and place on a paper towel to get as much grease off as possible. Once cool, cut bacon with kitchen scissors into ½" pieces.
Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees.
Cook chicken according to package.
While meat is cooking mix all seasonings with sour cream in a small bowl until blended. Add sour cream and half of the cut up bacon to meat mixture and stir until warm.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle chihuahua cheese and the rest of the bacon on top. Heat for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Recipe Notes
You can replace the sour cream with ranch dressing, just do not add any of the seasonings, simply add the ranch dressing into the chicken in place of the sour cream and seasonings.
