bottle of ProHydrate

chopped strawberries
ΒΌ
cup
chopped watermelon
3-4
chunks fresh pineapple
Instructions
Put fresh fruit in the bottom of a steel shaker cup and mash with a spoon.
Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice.
Pour mashed fruit over ice.
Pour ProHydrate over ice & fruit mixture.
Serve
