Ingredients

Ripe avocados
Small cucumber
Grape tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Favorite cheese
Favorite dressing
Instructions
Cut avocados in half and carefully remove fruit carefully and chop into small pieces.
Set skin aside.
Chop veggies and cheese into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix chopped ingredients including avocado together.
Spoon into avocado skin and serve with your favorite dressing.
