1-3jalapeno peppersleave seeds in for hotter salsa
Juice of 2 limes
1tablespooncumin
¼ - ½cupchopped cilantro
1teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonminced garlic
2tablespoonsugar
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a food process until chopped to desired consistency.
Recipe Notes
I recommend making the salsa without any hot pepper. Taste. Then add peppers slowly until you reach the desired heat.This recipe fills four 1-½ cup jars.
