It can be daunting sometimes to see some of those high-impact, strenuous fitness plans. Burpees? Jumping jacks? Pushup? Some people are lucky to be able to put one foot in front of the other.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or brand spanking new to exercise, there is one thing most people can do, and that is walk.
So I put together a workout that pretty much takes walking to the next level. It is low impact, fairly easy for just about anyone to do, and you can do it indoors walking in place or outdoors.
