Walking can have so many positive benefits. It can relieve stress, help you clear your mind, allow you to spend quality time with a friend, and can help improve your health.
But as a busy mom, sometimes it’s easy to forget to take some time for myself. There is always something to be done around the house. Someone to take care of. Work to do. Meals to prepare.
