On January 24, 2016 the best show ever to air on television is returning with brand new episodes. And I can’t wait. The X-Files is, was and will always be my most favorite show ever. It started right after I had heard an interview with the former head of behavioral sciences of the FBI and I had decided I wanted to become a profiler and catch serial killers. That didn’t work out as I had planned, but at least I got to live the dream for 9 seasons through Dana Scully.
To give you an idea of just how much of a fan I was, Mulder and Scully adorned the top of my wedding cake and my husband and I were introduced during the reception to the theme song.
But I’m not a dork or anything.
Though I loved most of the episodes, there are 10 standouts that stick in my head as the BEST X-Files episodes ever.
The 10 Best X-Files Episodes Ever
- Small Potatoes
- Bad Blood
- The Post-Modern Prometheus
- Hollywood A.D.
- Clyde Bruckman’s Final Repose
I can’t wait for January, but until then I am re-watching the entire 9 seasons of The X-Files on Netflix. All 9 seasons. Streaming. Commercial free. Whenever and where ever I want.
Are you an X-Files fan? Will you be watching the new episodes when they air in January?
