This vanilla mint almond protein shake is easy and delicious!
When it comes to a healthy diet, healing your gut is key to seeing long-term results, not only for weight loss but for feeling healthy overall.
Healing your gut isn’t simple, but it can be done. A few ways to help is by getting the right amount of protein, avoiding sugar, eliminating gluten, getting adequate dietary fiber, and making sure you get high amounts of probiotics and digestive enzymes.
It can be a challenge sometimes, however, to get all of those things into your diet, especially with today’s busy lifestyles. But that doesn’t mean that you are destined to live with an unhealed gut. Thankfully Renew Life Skinny Gut Ultimate Shakes help you to get the nutrition you need for your body and to lose weight*† despite the chaos of a busy life.

I was so excited to try the Skinny Gut Ultimate Shake! With all of those good things in it and no added sugars or anything artificial, it is the perfect fit for my lifestyle. Not to mention it is USDA Organic! If I were to create my very own line of protein shakes, it would look EXACTLY like the Skinny Gut Diet Ultimate Shake.
There are a lot of things you can do with the Skinny Gut Ultimate Shake. You can use it in all kinds of recipes, but also mix it with water or your favorite beverage and make a shake.
Even though it was delicious on it’s own, I decided to have some fun with the Skinny Gut Diet Ultimate Shake!
I call it Vanilla Mint Almond Milk Protein Shake.
This turned out delicious. The mint flavor was subtle but refreshing. I am definitely adding this to my list of favorites.
Now I can’t wait to try the chocolate flavor!

March 30, 2015 at 10:58 amHere’s another delish looking milkshake. I love milkshakes and I love them cold, but the weather is still so cold to have one now. I will have them once it gets a little warmer. 🙂

March 30, 2015 at 12:22 amMy mom advises us to take supplements to get more probiotics that our body needs. However, it will still help better if we take good food and drinks to get proper nutrition naturally.
