More than ever, new years resolutions revolve around food. Usually eating less of it, and often eating more healthy versions of it. Food is something we cannot live without and of course it is one of the hot topics from Bing Predictions for 2015.

It really does look like Mediterranean food is on the rise. A Mediterranean diet is rich in plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes. It also allows some whole grains and replaces butter with olive oil and restricts salt usage in exchange for herbs and seasonings. A Mediterranean diet also limits intake of red meat and encourages poultry and fish. Red wine is allowed in moderation with a Mediterranean diet.*
