My son is smart. He was reading mortgage contracts at age 3 and skipped second grade all together. He pays attention and likes to learn. So, of course, when I am watching food documentaries or reading books about nutrition, he wants to be involved. I include him as much as I can and it really seems to have had a positive influence on the way he looks at food.
The other day we watched Genetic Roulette, a documentary about GMOs (genetically modified organisms) in our food supply.
And he was apparently inspired.
Please note that he claims to have researched the facts and figures but I have no way to know for sure. Also, because I had no idea he was doing this, we didn’t get to chat about citing sources and things like that so clearly there is a conversation to be had for future writings.
But for right now, I’d like to share his “Organic and Non-organic Foods” article with you. Because, well, it’s too good to keep to myself.
