I don’t recall ever having an “unwrap attack” in my life, but maybe I did as a kid and don’t remember.
Don’t know what an “unwrap attack” is?
The very funny Samantha Bee explains it:
Although I can’t recall having an unwrap attack myself, I do remember giving one, and I’m pretty sure we are going to cause one this year as well. Last year Santa gave my son a Nintendo DSi – he’d been asking for a Nintendo DS since the BEGINNING OF TIME. To learn he got the DSi made him FLIP. Sadly, I don’t have any video, but this year the camera will be ready when they unwrap the Nintendo Wii that Santa is bringing for the whole family. I can’t wait to see their reactions.
eBay has teamed up Samantha Bee to celebrate the joy of giving with their Love to Give campaign – the goal of which is to help people find the perfect gift and cause unwrap attacks galore!

My Unwrap Attack
What would cause me to have an unwrap attack?
An iPad is first on my list, definitely. I would squeal with delight, jump up and down, and run around in circles with excitement if someone gave me an iPad for Christmas. I also have a few camera lenses, a smartphone and a flatscreen TV on my list as well. And an elliptical machine. And a netbook. And a new desk chair. And….well, the list goes on.
How about you?
Have you experienced or caused an “unwrap attack” in the past?
What is on your Christmas list this year that would cause YOU to have an unwrap attack?
