I enjoyed my Sunday off from INSANITY although I kind of missed working out. I did clean house all day so I still kept active, just nothing real stressful or vigorous.
I took a picture last night to document my results from week to week.
I actually do see a slight change in my midsection and maybe a tiny bit in my thighs.
Week 1 INSANITY results:
We have GOT to work on taking better pictures – without the shadow…it’s misleading!
I do notice that my sides are tighter. I used to sit in my kitchen on a barstool and the kids would come up and squish on the area right above my hips, and now it’s a bit firmer, not as much is left to squish!
Today was good. I was stronger than last week and actually did more than half of the push-up type exercises. Last week I could barely do one or 2 reps. I had another incident where I woke up a little after 3:30 freaked out I missed my workout. I feel like an addict!
I’m still loving INSANITY and look forward to each and every morning with Shaun T. Sorry Henrietta, no hunky abs today, you’re stuck with me!
