Today officially marks the end of the first month of the INSANITY Workout program!
I spent the last 4 weeks working out at 5:30 am 6 days a week doing this intense program and I have to say that I am STOKED for month 2 to begin. I never missed a workout and even on those few days where I felt like I couldn’t do it, once I started sweating I gave it 110%.
But here’s the thing; I don’t get to start month 2 right away, next week is “recovery week” although I’ve heard that Shaun T’s version of recovery is not exactly easy.
I do have an updated progress photo. I’m not sure I see as much change as I have in past weeks but I did lose another 1/2″ in my waist, and my thighs are back down to their original size, meaning hopefully that the muscle that is building up underneath is finally burning the fat off.
I have noticed a HUGE increase in my stamina and strength this week and I am starting to keep up better with the people in the videos and every once in awhile I even can keep up better than some of them and take fewer breaks.
Oh and I’m pretty sure my butt has gotten smaller.
