Today was the start of week 3 for me on INSANITY. It was a fit test to compare my improvement to the original fit test I took at the start of the program.
I can’t wait to share my results with you!
But first, let me start out by saying that nothing is as big a motivator with regards to the Insanity program as this was for me yesterday:

I was light-headed after reading it. See that word…”AMAZING” – yeah he called me amazing with 4 exclamation points. Well at least he called my 2 week results amazing. But in my mind, he called ME amazing and in my mind he’s totally now my BFF (sorry Trisha, your abs just don’t compare, in fact, yours are going the opposite way…).
Anyhoo, on to my fit test results:

The suicide jumps are now my nemesis. UGH! I was sure I did better than my first fit test, at least by one more, but nope (btw, I didn’t look at my previous results until I was done and compared them).
Overall I feel great about my improvement!
