Today before going into a coma, I did 1 hour and 10 minutes of Insanity, part of which was the 3rd fit test to see how far I have improved. Below is a chart showing my fit test results from today and the previous 2 to compare.
|Fit Test 1||Fit Test 2||Fit Test 3||Fit Test 4||Fit Test 5|
|1. Switch Kicks||70||76||98|
|2. Power Jacks||33||46||50|
|3. Power Knees||60||88||85|
|4. Power jumps||20||27||34|
|5. Globe Jumps||5||8||9|
|6. Suicide Jumps||8||8||12|
|7. Push-Up Jacks||10||16||30|
|8. Low Plank Oblique||14||38||55|
Overall I see great improvement, I have no idea what happened with the power knees, they are the easiest one! I also can’t believe I did so good with the switch kicks, I have so much trouble with those normally.
After the fit test I did the Max Interval Circuit (I skipped the warmup because the fit test pretty much warmed me up) and I worked out a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. According to my heart rate monitor watch, I burned 1,085 calories. I was soooo excited to get over 1,000 calories in a workout!
Note: I was sent the INSANITY workout program to try and share my feedback on my blog. The sweat, and opinions produced during my use of the program are my own.
