Ok so I changed the name of my meal planning from paleo to grain-free. I don’t want the limits and boundaries that paleo had provided me. Plus I do like my Bacon Wrapped Maple Chicken.
Last week we had to adapt and overcome – again.
So we didn’t get to some of the recipes.
Which makes planning for this week much easier!
- White Chicken Chili
- Paleo Cornbread
- Paleo Pizza – Crust, sausage, mushrooms and cheese toppings.
- Turkey day!
I know during the holidays everyone *tries* to cut back but it’s really hard to avoid all of the yummy goodies this time of year brings with it. I am trying to be reasonable and keep any treats to a minimum. I am also using a calorie counting app because it keeps me honest. I don’t really count calories but it allows me to make sure I am not eating too much protein or “treats.”
