When it comes to getting in shape, you have a lot of options. You can run, bike, join a gym, buy a fitness video, use an app, or use a printable workout. One of the hardest things about fitness is taking the time needed to fit it in. While 60 minutes of exercise a day would be a super healthy option, some of us just can’t do it. So we don’t.
