When it comes to getting started with a fitness program, it’s hard to know where to start. Often people try and do too much or they don’t have enough structure or a plan in place. To help combat this, I put together this “30-day fitness kick start” printable that you can follow each day. It starts out so super simple and progresses each day building on the stamina from the day before.
As part of my 30-day kick start, I picked up a new Yoga shirt and a new Yoga hoodie. I don’t really do yoga but I love the style and I wear them for other workouts. The sunglasses I got more for the pampering area of wellness, but they make a great crossover because I always have to wear shades when I go outside. Plus, if you are going to workout, you should be able to look good doing it.
I also got some fantastic new Nike running shoes. I love how these shoes fit!
But getting fit may require more than active and wellness gear. One of my most favorite fitness gear items is the Fitbit One. My Fitbit is an essential part of my daily life helping me track my fitness and inspiring me to be even more active. I also have an Addidas gym bag that I use for karate and a string bag that I use for the gym.
I am making my move toward better fitness by adding variety to my workouts and trying to fit exercise in throughout the day. Instead of thinking about exercise as a one-shot deal each day, I am trying to be more active throughout the day.
