I think most people have a love-hate relationship with burpees. They love how strong they feel after they do them, but hate actually having to do them.

I share most people’s feelings about burpees, but I am always up for a fun challenge to make them a little more tolerable, so I thought I would put together a 30-day challenge where I start with 1 burpee and add 1 each day for a total of 30 days. Which, if my math is accurate, is a total of 465 burpees.
If you struggle with burpees because they do require some impact on your wrists, you might want to consider getting a thicker yoga type mat to do them on to offer you some cushion. A gymnastics mat would be even better! But you can do them without it, I find them easier than pushups as far as the stress on my wrists.
