I started out doing daily updates for the 21 Day Fix EXTREME program but that really was getting quite repetitive so I figured weekly updates make more sense.
I started the program on Thursday, February 12th so today marks the 1-week point. 1/3 of the way through, yay!
Overall this was a successful week. I did have to improvise my food a bit when we ate out for Valentine’s day, but I think I managed to work it all out and pretty much stick to the nutrition. I did have a bite of my son’s Tiramisu at the restaurant, but that’s ok. I think it’s a huge success if you can be satisfied with one bite of your absolute most favorite dessert in the whole world.
The workouts are great. The soreness is just about gone. I kind of miss it actually, it made me feel like I was working really hard.
Week 1 – 21 Day Fix EXTREME results:
- Lost 4 lbs
- Lost over 1 inch in my hips, 3/4 inch in my right thigh (it was actually bigger than my left) and 1/4 inch in my left bicep (it was bigger than my right).
I definitely feel different too. My gut feels tighter and my shirts fit better.
I can’t wait to tackle the next 2 weeks!
