One of the staples in our weekly low carb menu is pork. Pork chops, pork tenderloin, pork roast, pork – whatever. Pork is super versatile, pretty easy to cook and there are so many different flavors and seasonings that work well with it, that you really won’t run out of ideas.
Many pork recipes are naturally low carb, but if you find one that uses breading, you can always replace the breading with Parmesan cheese or better yet, my keto breadcrumbs. Or you can mix the two!

This recipe uses ground pork which makes it quite a bit different from my other keto pork recipes. But it’s more well-rounded as the veggies are built in to the dish and it is probably the easiest recipe of the bunch. Especially if you use bagged slaw.
9. Keto Creamy Mustard Pork Chops
This pork chops recipe is a full meal because you make veggies with it right in the same pan. Like some of my recipes above, the sauce is what really makes this delicious. This recipe only takes around 40 minutes from start to finish so it’s perfect for a weekday dinner.
